  1. Executive Summary:
    • A one-page “State of the Union” that shows your indexing status, Core Web Vitals, and any critical manual actions.
  2. Foundational Integrity Scorecard:
    • A simple “Red/Yellow/Green” scorecard for your core systems: GA4 Config, GSC Config, Sitemap Status, and (for local businesses) Name/Address/Phone (NAP) consistency.
  3. P0: Critical Issues:
    • This is your “fires” list. We deliver a maximum of 3-5 critical issues (e.g., “noindex tag on homepage,” “site-blocking robots.txt rule”) that must be fixed now.
  4. 12-Month Roadmap & Resource Plan:
    • This is the plan. We use an Effort/Impact matrix to give you a detailed 90-day plan focused only on P1 “Quick Wins” (Low-Effort, High-Impact). This is part of a full 12-month strategic roadmap that includes a cost and headcount forecast, allowing you to plan the necessary budget and team (in-house or external) required to execute the findings.
  5. Core KPI Validation Report:
    • A confirmation of your 3-5 most critical KPIs. We verify that your key conversion events (e.g., ‘form submit,’ ‘purchase’) are firing correctly in GA4, so you can trust the data you use to measure success.
